In the middle of Izeste village, in the Ossau valley, lives a big defender of the Ossalois soil : Jean-Noël Castaing. Here in an old bourgeoise house dating from the 19th century, the most delicious pure ewes' milk cheese is made with a reputable know how.

Jean-Noël CASTAING will show you his homemade farm produce :
foie gras,
duckbreasts,
thighs,
ducks ...
without forgetting the vacuum packed mid cooked foie gras.
All the products are produced in the traditional way, in a workshop classified CEE guaranteeing freshness and quality.

The ducks are fed in a spacious feeding barn with fresh air allowing the development of an authentic and savoury foie gras.

A range of presentation cases either in wood, whicker, leather or cardboard offer a choice of original well appreciated gifts.

You also have the choice of changing the contents according to taste.
