It's in the heart of the Buzy village, at the entrance of the Ossau valley, that Francis Ortas prepares with a savoir-faire his porc meats (chitterlings, hams, sausages) and salted meats for more than 20 years.

Respecting traditions and constant hygiene, this delicatessen prepares cooked dishes (with catering service) such as lamb blanquette, calf's sweetbread, capsicum and tomato sauce, cooked haricot beans as well as a large choice of homemade canned garbure soup, braised meats, pâtés...
Meat of the highest approved quality available in the shop, a grocery corner - creamery and a fruit and vegetable corner as well as wines from Jurançon Bordeaux (red, white and rosé) to compliment your meals.

A range of local produce (honey, jams...) is available.

The delicatessen of the Escou valley accept all types of restaurant payments (chèques déjeuners, tickets...)

And if you happen to be around the area you might just see the delivery van in the surrounding villages or at the Arudy market (Tuesdays) and Gan (Wednesdays).
