It is now 18 years that Bernard RICADAT was stung ... by the apiculture virus at Buziet, in the Oloron foothills, 30 minutes south of Pau.
It's in this typical Béarnais village at the crossroads of the Aspe and Ossau valleys and dominated by mountainchains, that he produces a top quality honey whether it comes from the foothills (all types of flowers, acacia) or whether it is produced during the transhumance in the Aspe valley at 1200m altitude (lime, heather) you will be impressed by his range of honey.

He also sells different homemade products derived from honey : fresh or dried pollen, honey sweets. Bernard RICADAT is present every Friday morning at the Oloron-Sainte-Marie street market from 8h00 to 13h00 under the hall.
