Honey producer of the Montagne Verte
Honey production - Aas (Les Eaux-Bonnes)

Philippe Haist - Quartier Aas - 64 440 Les Eaux-Bonnes - Tel. 05.59.05.34.94 - philippe.haist@wanadoo.fr

It's in the community of Eaux-Bonnes (reputable spa resort), at the exit of the village of Aas, towards Aubisque, that Philippe and Suzanne Haist share the same love of those small insects with black and yellow stripes who produce a delicious substance call "honey".

These ladies gather nectar at an altitude between 500 and 1500 meters and produce mountain and high mountain honey (lime, rhododendron, all types of flowers, heather) and also from the plain (acacia, chestnut)
Philippe and Suzanne make a homemade spiced bread that will satisfy your hunger, for the sweet toothed, their delicious honey and propolis sweets will melt in the mouth, or pollen to give an original flair to your desserts.

Their shop is a temple to the bee, visit the small beekeeper museum and taste their produce from the beehives (mailorder possible throughout France).
